摘要
随着当前我国基建工程行业的快速发展,市政工程项目也获得了大量的实践发展机会.其中,关于市政工程项目管理的发展现状以及市政工程项目管理中的优化措施,需要引起管理人员及研究人员的重视.文章针对市政工程项目管理的现状及解决措施进行简要分析与研究,以保障市政工程的整体质量.
With the rapid development of China's infrastructure industry,municipal engineering projects have also gained a lot of practical development opportunities.Among them,the development status of municipal engineering project management and optimization measures in municipal engineering project management need to attract the attention of managers and researchers.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and solutions of municipal engineering project management to ensure the overall quality of municipal engineering.
