摘要 随着经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提升,国家愈发重视城市基础建设,城市建设规划水平也不断提升.目前,虽然城市整体规划建设取得了一定的成绩,但还是存在一些不足,其中城市内涝问题就是较为棘手、需要引起高度重视的问题.海绵城市规划理念能够有效应对城市内涝问题,为城市规划提供科学合理的指导依据,同时,还能指导环境友好型住宅小区的建设,打造绿色环保、舒适城市,为人们提供舒适生活环境,确保城市生态平衡.所以,应重视海绵城市规划设计理念在住宅小区中的应用,打造个性美观、舒适、性能多样化的住宅小区.文章深入分析了海绵规划设计理念在住宅小区中的应用原则,以及具体的设计措施,为提升城市住宅小区规划水平、构建完善的海绵城市规划设计体系提供了宝贵的参考. With the continuous development of economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the state attaches more and more importance to urban infrastructure.The level of urban construction planning is constantly improving.Although the overall planning and construction of the city has made some achievements,there are still some deficiencies,among which the problem of urban waterlogging is more difficult and needs to cause a high degree.Sponge city planning concept can effectively deal with the problem of urban waterlogging,provide scientific and reasonable guidance for urban planning,at the same time,guide the construction of environmentally friendly residential quarters,create a green and comfortable city,provide people with a comfortable living environment,and ensure the ecological balance of the city.Therefore,we should pay attention to the application of sponge city planning and design concept in residential areas,and create a residential area model with beautiful personality,comfort and diversified performance.This paper deeply analyzes the principles of sponge planning and design concept in residential areas,as well as specific design measures,to improve the planning level of urban residential areas,and to build a perfect sponge urban planning and design system provides valuable experience.
