In order to meet the needs of the market and the renovation and leasing projects for environmental protection and energy saving,operation and maintenance,shortening the construction period,improving efficiency and reducing costs,under the goal of the apartment strategy,focusing on product capabilities,operation capabilities,investment and financing capabilities,and with the successive development of apartment follow-up projects,the urgent construction time,the lack of standardized design,high cost risks and other related issues are urgently needed to be resolved.
