实践视角下国家事业单位房屋档案管理的现状与探讨——以中国疾病预防控制中心为例

The Current Situation and Discussion of Housing Archives Management in National Institutions from the Perspective of Practice:Taking Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an Example

目的:了解房屋档案管理现况,确保档案管理的顺利开展。方法:以某国家事业单位房屋档案管理为实例,对房屋档案分类原则、分类依据及分类现况展开分析。结果:中心房屋档案坚持可包容性、严谨性及相对稳定性的分类原则,依据房屋管理工作层次及类型、年度、地域进行分类。现中心房屋档案管理采用“F排列”方式形成四级类目体系,保存期限为永久。结论:通过对房屋档案管理现况分析,指出档案管理存在问题及原因,为今后房屋档案管理提供建议。

Objectives:To understand the current situation and ensure the smooth development of housing archive management.Methods:The classification principle,criteria and status of housing archives were analyzed with an example of the management of housing archives in a national public institution.Results:Housing archives were classified on the principles of inclusiveness,rigor and relative stability with the criteria of the level and type,year and region of housing management work.The"F-arrangement"method was adopted to form a four-category system with a shelf life of permanent in current housing archives management.Conclusions:Future management suggestions were made according to the analysis of the problems in current housing archives management.
