广州中航城花园为30栋复式住宅均为超大坡度斜屋面结构,采用“一种工具式可周转的双夹层铝合金模板施工方法”,通过深化设计、地面预拼装等工艺技术提高施工,有效地解决了大坡度斜屋面混凝土流动性大、不易成型的难题,减少蜂窝、麻面、露筋等质量问题出现,减少了屋面渗漏以及后期进行大量修补的问题,加快施工进度,达到安全高效施工和效益最大化。

Guangzhou AVIC city garden is a compound house with 30 buildings,all of which are of super large slope inclined roof structure.It adopts"a tool type turnover double sandwich aluminum alloy formwork construction method",improves the construction through in-depth design,ground pre assembly and other process technologies,effectively solves the problems of large fluidity and difficulty in forming of concrete on large slope inclined roof,and reduces the quality problems of honeycomb,pitted surface and exposed reinforcement,which reduces the problems of roof leakage and large amount of repair in the later stage,speeds up the construction progress,and achieves safe and efficient construction and maximum benefit.
