基于Node.js的建筑能耗评估系统的设计

摘要 节能减排,绿色低碳是一直深受人民关注的话题。我国建筑能耗评估的发展处于比较初级的阶段,能评从业人员的素质参差不齐,标准不一和评估的效率低是当前存在的问题。本文尝试通过使用信息技术与固定资产投资项目节能评估和审查制度的实施相结合来解决该问题。从而提升能源评估水平,达到合理控制能源消费,提高项目能源利用效率的目标。本论文首先分析当前建筑能耗评估系统研究现状,对系统进行建设需求分析,设计系统模块,确定了该系统预期要实现的功能目标,为建筑能耗评估建设提供参考意见。 Energy conservation and emission reduction,green and low-carbon are topics that have always attracted people's attention.The development of building energy consumption assessment in China is at a relatively preliminary stage.The uneven quality of the appraisal practitioners,inconsistent standards and low assessment efficiency are current problems.This article attempts to solve this problem by using information technology in conjunction with the implementation of energy-saving assessment and review systems for fixed asset investment projects,in order to improve the level of energy assessment,achieve reasonable control of energy consumption and improve the project's energy efficiency.This thesis first analyzes the current research status of the building energy consumption evaluation system,analyzes the construction needs of the system,and designs the system modules,and determines the expected functional goals of the system,to provide reference opinions for building energy consumption evaluation and construction.
