Field Improvement of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Lean Production

随着市场需求进入个性化、多元化时代,离散型制造企业在发展过程中面临着诸多挑战。精益生产作为一种生产管理模式备受广大企业青睐。实施精益生产能够帮助企业实现降本增效等目的。本文分析了某离散型装备制造企业总装车间存在的问题,并结合精益生产和现场改善理念,提出了相应的现场改善措施。应用效果表明,基于精益生产的现场改善能够降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

With the market demand entering the personalized and pluralistic era,discrete manufacturing enterprises are facing many challenges in the development process.Lean production as a production management mode is favored by enterprises.The implementation of lean production can help enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.This paper analyzes the problems existing in a discrete general assembly workshop and puts forward corresponding on-site improvement measures based on the concepts of lean production and on-site improvement.The application results show that field improvement based on lean production can reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.
