摘要
介绍了耐硫变换装的工艺原理及流程,对系统状态检修后变换炉接气过程中存在的问题进行了分析,对现有工艺进行了优化及改造,实现了系统短停检修312h,不再使用氮气升温,一次接气成功,缩短了变换装置接气时间,降低了系统升温接气过程中的原料消耗,并产生了一定的经济效益。
This paper introduces the process principle and process of sulfur resistant conversion,analyzes the problems existing in the process of gas connection of converter after the system condition maintenance,optimizes and transforms the existing process,realizes the short-term shutdown maintenance of the system for 312h,no longer uses nitrogen for temperature rise,and one-time gas connection is successful,shortens the gas connection time of converter,reduces the raw material consumption in the process of temperature rise gas connection of the system,and It has produced certain economic benefits.
