摘要
阐明了相控阵检测技术(以下简称PAUT-Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing)的工作原理,并以海洋石油平台中的具体应用为例,介绍项目前期进行的PAUT与射线检测(RT)技术的比对实验,探讨两种方法的优势和缺陷,通过PAUT在文昌项目工艺管线检测中的实际应用情况,展望PAUT应用前景及发展方向。
The article clarifies the working principle of phased array detection technology(hereinafter referred to as PAUT-Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing),and takes the specific application in offshore oil platform as an example to introduce the PAUT and ray detection(RT)technology carried out in the early stage of the project The comparison test explores the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Through the actual application of PAUT in the process pipeline inspection of the Wenchang project,prospects for the application prospect and development direction of PAUT.
