摘要
暂堵转向是重复压裂的重要技术,暂堵剂的性能是决定暂堵转向成功的关键因素之一。研究了一种高强度长效暂堵剂,通过对其应用性能评价表明,该暂堵性能优异,具有溶解时间长、溶解彻底、耐温性能好、不同介质中稳定性好、地层伤害小等优势,可满足不同储层水平井的重复压裂增产要求。目前已在新疆油田、西南油气田等国内主要油田成功应用,增产效果明显,具有广阔的应用前景。
Temporary plugging diverting is an important technique for re-fracturing,and the performance of temporary plugging agent is one of the key factors that determining the success of temporary block steering.In this paper,a high-strength and long-acting temporary plugging agent was studied.The application performance evaluation showed that the material has excellent temporary plugging performance,and long dissolution time,thorough dissolution,good temperature resistance,good stability in different media,small formation damage.It can meet re-fracturing stimulation requirements for different reservoir horizontal wells.At present,it has been successfully applied in major domestic oilfields,such as Xinjiang Oilfield,Southwest Oil&Gas Field etc.The product has obvious production increasing effect and wide application prospect.
