摘要
超滤膜的孔径规格一致,低于0.01μm,是一种微孔过滤膜。在膜的一侧施加合适的压力,能够将小于孔径的分子筛选出来,以便分离粒径大于10nm、分子量超过500Da的颗粒,在20世纪60年代超滤装置时就已经实现工业化。超滤膜在使用过程中,不同的阶段需要有不同的维护措施,且需要定期进行清洗,这样才能够保证超滤膜的使用效果。以热电厂使用的超滤膜及其组件为例,针对超滤膜的维护与清洗进行分析。
The pore size of ultrafiltration membranes is consistent,and the range is less than 0.01 microns.It is a microporous membrane.Applying appropriate pressure on one side of the membrane can screen out molecules smaller than the pore size in order to separate particles with a particle size greater than 10 nanometers and a molecular weight exceeding 500 Daltons.Industrialized ultrafiltration devices have been realized since the 1960s.In the process of using the ultrafiltration membrane,different maintenance measures are required at different stages,and it needs to be cleaned regularly,so as to ensure the effect of the ultrafiltration membrane.This article takes the ultrafiltration membrane and its components used in thermal power plants as an example,and briefly analyzes the maintenance and cleaning of the ultrafiltration membrane.
