噻吩甲醛的生产与应用

摘要 现阶段,噻吩甲醛在我国生产不多,主要市场是在国外,国内对于噻吩甲醛生产以及应用还在初期,导致其扩大生产受到一定的阻碍,对噻吩甲醛的技术改革以及创新造成影响。噻吩甲醛主要是通过噻吩与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺缩合得到的,反应物是三氯氧磷。针对噻吩甲醛采用创新方法进行生产,并加强噻吩甲醛的应用,例如制备噻洛芬酸以及2-硝基烯乙噻吩,使其可以在不同领域中发挥自身的作用。 At this stage,thiophene formaldehyde is not widely produced in my country,and the main market is abroad.At this stage,the domestic production and application of thiophene formaldehyde is still in its infancy,which has led to certain obstacles to the expansion of the production of this substance,affecting the technological reform and innovation of thiophene formaldehyde.Thiophene formaldehyde is mainly obtained by condensation of thiophene with N,N-dimethylformamide,and the reactant is phosphorus oxychloride.In this article,the author adopts innovative methods for the production of thiophene formaldehyde,and strengthens the application of thiophene formaldehyde,such as the preparation of tiprofenic acid and 2-nitroene ethyl thiophene,so that it can play its role in different fields.
