摘要
在近年来的社会发展过程中,对近红外光技术的应用越发广泛。近红外光主要指在可见光和中红外光之间的一种电磁波类型,按照美国实验和材料协议提出,近红外光的定义是波长处于780~2526nm的电磁波,按照波长反应不同,通常将其分为近红外短波和近红外长波。近红外光谱属于一种分子振动光谱,具备较强的穿透力。目前近红外光谱分析技术主要应用在化工领域、食品加工领域和制药领域中。但是当前近红外光谱技术的实际应用仍然存在很多不健全的情况,为此对药物分析中对近红外光谱技术的应用问题展开详细研究。
In the course of social development in recent years,the application of near-infrared light technology has become more widespread.The so-called near-infrared light mainly refers to a type of electromagnetic wave between visible light and mid-infrared light.According to the US experiment and material agreement,the definition of near-infrared light is electromagnetic waves with a wavelength between 780-2526nm,which responds differently according to the wavelength,Usually divided into near infrared short wave and near infrared long wave.Near-infrared spectroscopy belongs to a kind of molecular vibrational spectroscopy and has strong penetrating power.At present,the near-infrared light skin analysis technology is mainly used in the chemical field,food processing field and pharmaceutical field.However,there are still many unsound situations in the current practical application of NIR spectroscopy.Therefore,this article will conduct a detailed study on the application of NIR spectroscopy in drug analysis.
