摘要
连续流动化学属于当前社会发展的全新技术手段。由于此种技术手段具备较为显著的安全性和传热速度,因此能保证更高的自动化水平,对于有机合成反应的快速和稳定发展有着重要帮助。研究发现,当前这一技术在放热量较大或是高温高压反应中的应用优势更为显著。但是受到传统药物合成方法的限制和影响,连续流动化学技术的应用情况并不乐观,在此种背景下,对连续流动化学在药物合成中应用情况进行研究就是一项十分必要的工作,为此,对这一问题展开详细论述。
Continuous flow chemistry belongs to a brand-new technological means of current social development.Because this kind of technology has remarkable safety and heat transfer speed,it can guarantee a higher level of automation,which is of great help to the rapid and stable development of organic synthesis reactions.The study found that the current application advantages of this technology in large heat release or high temperature and high pressure reactions are more significant.However,due to the limitations and influence of traditional drug synthesis methods,the application of continuous flow chemistry technology is not optimistic.Under this background,it is a very necessary work to study the application of continuous flow chemistry in drug synthesis.This article will discuss this issue in detail.
