热性惊厥患儿照顾者真实体验的质性研究

Caregivers′real experience about febrile convulsion in children:a qualitative research

目的了解热性惊厥患儿照顾者的真实体验,为后期针对性的护理干预提供依据。方法运用现象学研究法,选取13名热性惊厥患儿的照顾者进行深度访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果共提炼出4大主题,即心理体验复杂、缺乏专业支持、家庭功能障碍、益处发现。结论了解热性惊厥患儿照顾者的真实体验,有助于医护人员从不同角度提供有效干预,促进其积极心理调适。

Objective To explore the caregivers′real experience about febrile convulsion in children.Methods Adopting phenomenology,semi-structured interviews were carried out and thirteen caregivers of febrile convulsion were recruited.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi′s method of data analysis.Results Themes emerged from the data including complicated psychological experience,inadequate professional support,family dysfunction and benefit discovery.Conclusion The caregivers′physical and psychological stress should be paid attention to and it is important to provide professional care education and psychological counseling,and promote the caregivers to experience positive psychological changes by tapping their own resources to alleviate the psychological burden of caregivers and meet their needs.
