摘要
改进了一类甾体22-羧酸乙酯化合物的合成,以去氢表雄酮为原料,经过3步反应得到产物,优化条件下总收率69%。该工艺避免了复杂的柱层析纯化过程,具有工业化生产前景。
A series of steroid 22-carboxylic acid ethyl ester compounds were obtained with a total yield of 69%through a three-step reaction using dehydroepiandrosterone as the starting material. This process can avoid the complicated purification process of column chromatography and has been industrialized.
