摘要
坚持房住不炒、加快基本公共服务均等化、缩小收入差距、促进消费结构升级对改善民生工作和提高经济高质量发展具有积极的推动作用。本文基于2007-2018年全国31个省市区面板数据,对房价、收入差距和消费结构升级之间的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:房价和收入差距之间存在着正向的互动关系,并且房价与消费结构升级之间存在显著的区域异质性;进一步研究发现,城镇化的推进有助于消费结构升级。因此,在推进经济高质量发展的进程中需要充分考虑房价、收入差距与消费结构升级三者间的影响关系。
Adhering to the principle of non-speculation housing, accelerating the equalization of basic public services, narrowing the income gap and promoting the upgrading of consumption structure will play a positive role in improving people’s livelihood and improving the quality of economic development. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities from 2007 to 2018, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between housing price, income gap and consumption structure upgrading. The results show that there is a positive interaction between housing price and income gap, and there is significant regional heterogeneity between housing price and consumption structure upgrading. Further study found that the promotion of urbanization is conducive to the upgrading of the consumption structure. Therefore, in the process of promoting high-quality economic development, the impact of housing price, income gap and consumption structure upgrading should be fully considered.
