摘要
目的分析原因不明复发性流产患者调节性T(Treg)细胞分泌的细胞因子、外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞亚群及辅助性T(Th)相关细胞因子水平。方法选取该院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的41例原因不明复发性流产患者作为实验组;选取同期于该院进行检查的41例健康早孕者作为对照组。检测两组人群Treg细胞分泌的细胞因子(TGF-β、IL-10)、NK细胞亚群(CD56+CD16-、CD56+CD16+、CD56-CD16+)及Th1型细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ,Th2型细胞因子IL-4、IL-10水平。结果实验组Treg细胞分泌的TGF-β、IL-10水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组CD56+CD16-、CD56-CD16+NK细胞亚群百分比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),CD56+CD16+NK细胞亚群百分比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组外周血IL-2、IFN-γ细胞因子水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组IL-4、IL-10等细胞因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外周血Treg细胞分泌的细胞因子、NK细胞亚群及Th相关细胞因子水平可作为诊断原因不明复发性流产患者的重要参考指标。
Objective To analyze the levels of cytokines secreted by regulatory T(Treg)cells,NK cell subsets and helper T(Th)cell associated cytokines in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 41 patients with unexplained recurrent abortion from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study as the experimental group,meanwhile 41 healthy early pregnant women who were examined in the same period were enrolled as the control group.The levels of cytokines secreted by Treg cells(TGF-β,IL-10),NK cell subsets(CD56+CD16-,CD56+CD16+,CD56-CD16+)and Th1 type cytokines(IL-2,IFN-γ),Th2 type cytokines(IL-4,IL-10)were measured.Results The levels of TGF-βand IL-10 secreted by Treg cells in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentages of CD56+CD16-,CD56-CD16+NK cells in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the percentage of CD56+CD16+NK cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γcytokines in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of cytokines,NK cell subsets and TH cell related cytokines secreted by Treg cells in peripheral blood can be used as important reference indicators for the diagnosis of unexplained recurrent abortion.
