企业微信在高校财务管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Enterprise WeChat in Financial Management of Colleges and Universities

针对高校财务管理业务繁杂、工作量大、财务管理系统专业性太强难以满足师生需求的问题,该文提出利用企业微信API接口整合企业微信与财务管理系统实现统一身份认证、业务数据共享、消息推送功能。企业微信与财务管理系统的有效整合和高效应用对提高高校预算执行率、增强项目绩效、减轻财务管理日常工作量、提升师生财务工作满意率具有良好的促进作用。

Aiming at the problems of complicated financial management business,heavy workload and too specialized financial man⁃agement system to meet the needs of teachers and students,this paper proposes to integrate enterprise WeChat and financial man⁃agement system by using enterprise WeChat API interface to realize unified identity authentication,business data sharing and mes⁃sage push functions.The effective integration and efficient application of WeChat and financial management system have a good promotion effect on improving the budget implementation rate of colleges and universities,enhancing project performance,reduc⁃ing the daily workload of financial management,and improving the satisfaction rate of teachers and students with financial work.
