档案是国有企业的重要资产,对企业的管理决策、科技创新和可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。随着信息技术的深入发展和广泛应用,如何将科技成果应用到企业档案管理中,是企业面临的重要课题。从广州移动档案管理实际出发,思考如何利用信息技术进行企业档案管理数字化,为企业发展提供坚实保障。
Archives is an important asset of state-owned enterprises,which is of great significance to the management decision,sci⁃entific and technological innovation and sustainabledevelopment of enterprises.With the in-depth development and extensive appli⁃cation of information technology,how to apply the scientific and technological achievements to the management of enterprise ar⁃chives is an important issue faced by enterprises.Based on the actual situation of file management in guangzhou mobile,this paper discusses how to use information technology to digitize the management of corporate files and provide a solid guarantee for the de⁃velopment of enterprises.
