摘要
目的探讨病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿在治疗前、治疗过程中及治疗后其血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和核因子(NF)-κB水平情况。方法分别取VMC患儿治疗前、治疗过程中及治疗后的清晨空腹静脉血5 ml,并取对照组患儿空腹静脉血5 ml,检测血清中TNF-α和NF-κB,采用SPSS 19.0进行各组观察指标的相关分析,服从正态分布且方差齐性资料采用单因素方差分析(ANOVA),组间的两两比较采用LSD-t检验,两变量间的相关采用Pearson相关分析。结果VMC患儿TNF-α及NF-κB水平的总体分布在各组间差别有统计学意义;VMC患儿在治疗前及治疗过程中血清TNF-α及NF-κB水平与对照组差异有统计学意义;VMC患儿治疗前及治疗过程中血清TNF-α及NF-κB水平与治疗2周后差异有统计学意义;VMC患儿TNF-α及NF-κB水平在治疗前与治疗中差异无统计学意义;在治疗2周后与对照组差异也无统计学意义;VMC患儿的治疗时间与血清中TNF-α及NF-κB水平随着VMC治疗时间的延长,TNF-α及NF-κB水平呈下降趋势。结论TNF-α及NF-κB水平可以作为诊断VMC的一类生物学标志物以及VMC疗效的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of TNF-αand NF-κB in children with viral myocarditis(VMC)before,during and after treatment.Methods Children with VMC were phlebotomized for 5 ml of fasting blood sample in the morning before treatment,at one week,and two weeks after treatment.Children in the control group were collected for 5 ml of fasting venous blood in the morning.SPSS version 19.0 was used to analyze the investigated indexes in each group.ANOVA test was used for the data with normal distribution and variance homogeneity,and LSD-t test was used for pairwise comparison between groups.Pearson′s correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between variables.Results Overall,the TNF-αand NF-κB levels in children with VMC differed statistically among the groups.The levels of serum TNF-αand NF-κB in children with VMC before and during treatment were significantly different from those in the control group.The levels of serum TNF-αand NF-κB in children with VMC before and after one week of treatment were statistically different from those at two weeks of treatment.There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-αand NF-κB in children with VMC before and at one week after of treatment.Even at two weeks of treatment,these data did not differ statistically from those in the normal group.With regard to the relationship between the treatment duration and serum levels of TNF-αand NF-κB in VMC children,the levels of TNF-αand NF-κB showed a downward trend along with the duration of treatment for VMC.Conclusion In VMC,the serum levels of TNF-αand NF-κB can be used as biomarkers for diagnosis and evaluation indexes for therapeutic efficacy.
