老年脓毒症诱导急性肾损伤患者血清miRNA-10a与IL-35水平及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨老年脓毒症合并急性肾损伤(AKI)患者血清微小RNA-10a(miRNA-10a)及白细胞介素(IL)-35的表达特征及其临床价值。方法重症监护室(ICU)100例老年脓毒血症患者中59例合并AKI患者为AKI组,41例无AKI脓毒血症患者为对照组,比较两组血清miRNA-10a、IL-35及序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)指标差异性,采用受试者工作特征曲线分析miRNA-10a、IL-35、SOFA对脓毒血症合并AKI的诊断价值。结果AKI组miRNA-10a、IL-35及SOFA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对脓毒血症AKI诊断,miRNA-10a诊断切点为3.01,曲线下面积为0.765;IL-35诊断切点分别为386.25 pg/ml,曲线下面积为0.795;SOFA评分诊断切点分别为35.33分,曲线下面积为0.658。结论miRNA-10a、IL-35对脓毒血症AKI的早期诊断有重要的临床应用价值。
