短种植体冠根比对骨改建的影响:5年临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评估短种植体不同冠根比对种植体周骨改建的影响。方法:选取2011年1月~2013年6月后牙区种植患者27例,共69枚Bicon短种植体。经过5年功能负载后,通过影像学资料分析边缘骨吸收(marginal bone loss,MBL)、种植体周骨灰度值(grey-scale value,GSV)的改变与冠根比(crown-to-implant ratio,CIR)关系。结果:纳入研究的69枚Bicon种植体,经过(65±9)个月的功能负载,成功率为94.2%。按CIR进行分组,MBL、△GSV与CIR之间未发现显著相关(P>0.05);仅有2枚植体发生崩瓷,机械并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Bicon短种植体CIR对种植体周MBL、GSV改变没有明显影响,骨组织具有足够的改建活性以应对更大的应力刺激。高CIR未导致更多的机械并发症和种植体失败。 Objective:To observe the effects of increased crown-to-root ratios on bone remodeling of short implants.Methods:27 patients with a total of 69 Bicon short implants in the posterior region from January 2011 to June 2013 were enrolled in the study.The relationship between marginal bone loss(MBL),peri-implant bone grey-scale value(GSV),and crown-to-implant ratio(CIR)was analyzed using imaging data.Results:The 69 Bicon implants enrolled in the study had a functional load of(65±9)months with a success rate of 94.2%.Grouped by CIR,no significant correlation was found between MBL,ΔGSV and CIR(P>0.05).There were only two implants with cracking of the porcelain,and the mechanical complications were not significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion:CIR of Bicon short implant has no significant effect on MBL and△GSV,and alveolar bone has sufficient ability to cope with greater stress stimulation.Higher CIR does not lead to more mechanical complications and implant failure.
