摘要
智能电网与互联网、人工智能、深度学习等新技术的不断深化发展,让以用户经济效益为中心的需求响应越来越成为供电服务与电力需求侧管理的核心。基于用户经济效益的电力需求响应研究,不仅要满足电网安全稳定运行和优化资源分配,更重要的是从用户角度出发,建立用户经济效益与需求响应的模型。首先,介绍基于用户经济效益的电力需求响应管理,提出一个典型的用户响应场景,并对电力需求响应条件下的用户效益进行建模;接着,对用户效益的最优化问题进行理论分析,论证了该问题最优化解需要满足的条件;然后,提出了一个动态的分布式算法,证明不仅能够得出最优化解,而且可实现线性条件的计算量,从而实现分布式计算能力。所研究的内容证明了在一定条件下的算法收敛性,同时提出了一般应用条件下的算法适用性。仿真结果显示该算法能够实现最优化解,并且解具有收敛性。
With the continuous development of smart grid and Internet,artificial intelligence,deep learning and other new technologies,demand side management focusing on customers is becoming more important.The research of power demand response based on user’s economic benefits not only needs to satisfy the safe and stable operation of power grid and optimize the allocation of resources,but also more importantly,from the perspective of users,establishes a model of user’s economic benefits and demand response.Firstly,this paper introduces the power demand response management based on the user’s economic benefit,presents a typical user response scenario,and models the user’s benefit under the condition of power demand response.Then,the optimal problem of user benefit is analyzed theoretically,and the conditions that the optimal solution needs to meet are demonstrated.Then,a dynamic distributed algorithm is proposed to prove that not only the optimal solution can be obtained,but also the calculation amount of linear condition can be realized,so as to realize the distributed computing ability.The study proves the convergence of the algorithm under certain conditions and proposes the applications for convergence under engineering scenarios.Simulation results also demonstrate the effects of the algorithm.
