摘要
随着环境污染的日益加剧以及化石燃料的逐渐枯竭,电动汽车得到了广泛的关注和大力的发展,由于缺乏对充电桩的有效管理,大量私人充电桩闲置,利用率较低。提出了一种由电动汽车聚合商对私人充电桩统筹管理的共享模式,建立了基于用户侧的多目标充电桩选择评估函数,以聚合商收益最大和用户不满意度最小为优化目标;然后设计了充电桩两步充电电价机制,对不同区域价格进行优化;最后通过仿真案例,验证了所提模型的可行性和有效性。
With the increasing environmental pollution and the gradual depletion of fossil fuels,electric vehicles have received widespread attention and vigorous development.Due to the lack of effective management of charging piles,a large number of private charging piles are idle and the utilization rate is low.In this paper,a sharing model of the integrated management of private charging piles by electric vehicle aggregators is proposed,and a multi-objective charging pile selection evaluation function based on the user side is established.The optimization goal is to maximize the aggregator’s revenue and minimize user dissatisfaction.Then a two-step charging electricity price mechanism for charging piles is designed to optimize prices in different regions.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model is verified by a simulation case in this paper.
