小直径撕囊口对超声乳化白内障手术治疗效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 白内障是长日常光早射、机体代谢退行性病变、代谢障碍、眼球钝挫伤、辐射性损伤等多种因素所致的晶状体蛋白质变性疾病。超声乳化是一项微创性白内障手术,可确保晶状体核原位乳化,防止后囊破裂,是白内障治疗的首选术式[1]。然而患者术后视觉恢复速度及恢复质量则与乳化操作对角膜、虹膜等损失的损伤程度密切相关。囊袋内超声是降低乳化能量损伤重要方式,但目前关于囊袋大小是否会影响能量释放及眼内组织损伤程度尚缺乏可靠依据。本研究旨在通过观察小直径撕囊口超声乳化治疗白内障后,患者术后视力恢复状况,以期寻求超声乳化治疗白内障的最佳途径。
