甘草配方颗粒多指标成分的近红外快速检测方法 被引量:8

Rapid Determination of Multi Index Components in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Formula Granule by Nearinfrared Spectroscopy

摘要 目的利用近红外光谱结合化学计量学模型,建立甘草配方颗粒水分、醇溶性浸出物、甘草苷、甘草酸多指标快速测定方法。方法以已知的甘草配方颗粒水分、醇溶性浸出物、甘草苷、甘草酸含量值为参比,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)选择合适的光谱范围及光谱预处理方法建立近红外定量模型,并对验证集样品各指标成分的含量进行验证。结果预测值和实测值平均相对偏差分别为3.61%,1.94%,4.91%,3.61%,预测相关系数R^2分别为0.838,0.825,0.862,0.870,准确度较高。结论研究建立的近红外定量模型可应用于甘草配方颗粒中水分、醇溶性浸出物、甘草苷、甘草酸含量4个指标成分的快速检测,并可为其它中药配方颗粒的快速检测提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method for the determination of water,alcohol soluble extract,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis formula granule by near infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics model.METHODS With the known content of water,alcohol soluble extract,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid of Glycyrrhiza uralensis formula granule particles as reference,PLS was used to select appropriate spectral range and spectral pretreatment method to establish near-infrared quantitative model,and the content of each index component of validation set samples was verified.RESULTS The average relative deviation of the predicted value and the real value was 3.61%,1.94%,4.91%and 3.61%respectively,and the prediction correlation coefficient R^2 was 0.838,0.825,0.862 and 0.870,respectively,with high accuracy.CONCLUSION The NIR quantitative model can be applied to the rapid detection of four index components in Glycyrrhiza uralensis formula granule,including water content,alcohol soluble extract,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid content.The results are accurate and reliable.
