摘要
为了实现通用航空飞行计划的合理公平调配,根据飞行计划和空域信息,提出一种基于综合优先级的飞行计划预先调配方法.栅格化空域,提出飞行计划信息与空域栅格关联方法,考虑飞行任务性质、累积等待时间、预计占用时间三个属性,提出飞行计划的综合优先级确定方法,以综合优先级最大为目标,建立栅格空域下的飞行计划预先调配模型.结果表明:基于综合优先级的预先调配方法是一种改进的调配方法,较基于FCFS的调配方法和基于任务优先的调配方法在综合优先级利用率分别提高了37.64%,11.83%,并且提高了飞行计划批准率和空域利用率.
In order to realize the reasonable and fair allocation of general aviation flight plans,according to flight plans and airspace information,a method of pre-coordination of flight plans based on comprehensive priority was proposed.Firstly,the airspace was rasterized,and a method for associating flight plan information with the airspace grid was proposed.Considering the three attributes of flight mission nature,cumulative waiting time and estimated occupancy time,a method for determining the comprehensive priority of the flight plan was proposed.With the maximum comprehensive priority as the target,a pre-coordination model of the flight plan in grid airspace was established.The results show that the pre-coordination method based on comprehensive priority is an improved deployment method.Compared with the deployment method based on FCFS and the deployment method based on task priority,the utilization rate of comprehensive priority is increased by 37.64%and 11.83%,respectively,and the approval rate of flight plan and the utilization rate of airspace are improved.
