摘要
针对可重构模具冲压双曲度板成形,对帆形板和马鞍形板在相同的加工条件下的回弹建立了数学模型,并进行了理论分析.采用可重构模具对6组典型双曲度板进行了冲压成形实验和有限元仿真.通过回弹比均值对回弹数据进行了描述,对比分析了所有帆形板和马鞍形板的结果数据,得出了在双向曲率大小分别相等的情况下,马鞍形板的回弹显著小于帆形板的回弹的结论.理论推导出的回弹比结果与有限元仿真结果和实验数据的回弹比结果是一致的,并解释了产生回弹差异的原因是由于双曲度板成形时的双向耦合作用导致的.
According to the forming of double curvature plate by reconfigurable die stamping,the mathematical model of springback of sail plate and saddle plate under the same processing conditions was established and analyzed theoretically.The stamping forming experiments and finite element simulation of 6 groups of typical double curvature plates were carried out by using reconfigurable dies.The springback data was described by the mean value of springback ratio,and the result data of all sail-shaped plates and saddle-shaped plates were compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the springback of saddle-shaped plate is significantly smaller than that of sail-shaped plate when the two-way curvatures are equal respectively.The springback ratio results deduced theoretically are consistent with the springback ratio results of finite element simulation results and experimental data,and explain that the springback difference is caused by the bidirectional coupling effect during the forming of double curvature plates.
