摘要 为得到精度较高的三维有限元模型,依托云罗高速公路典型的半刚性基层沥青路面结构形式,将荷载简化为方形荷载,开展了三维有限元模型三向尺寸、边界条件,以及网格尺寸的研究.结果表明:为满足精度要求,土基X×Y×Z三向尺寸应至少为6 m×7.5 m×16 m,计算应力、应变指标时,路面X×Z尺寸应至少分别为6 m×7.5 m,10 m×12 m;荷载作用区域网格尺寸在50 mm之内可满足计算精度,荷载作用区域外侧网格尺寸可以变疏,疏密单元尺寸比例不宜超过3∶1. In order to obtain a three-dimensional finite element model with high accuracy,basedon the typical semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure of Yun-Luoexpressway,the load was simplified to square load,and the three dimensional finite element model dimensions,boundary conditions and mesh dimensions were studied.The results show that,in order to meet the precision requirements,the size of soil foundation X×Y×Z in three directions shall be at least 6 m×7.5 m×16 m.When calculating the stress and strain indexes,the size of road surface X×Z should be at least 6 m×7.5 m and 10 m×12 m respectively.The mesh size of the load acting area can meet the calculation accuracy within 50 mm,the outer mesh size of the load acting area can be thinned,and the proportion of the density element size should not exceed 3∶1.
