基于正交设计优化三白丹红双降胶囊中唐古特白刺的提取工艺

Optimized extraction process of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.from Sanbai Danhong Shuangjiang Jiaonang(三白丹红双降胶囊)based on the orthogonal design

目的优选三白丹红双降胶囊中唐古特白刺的最佳提取工艺。方法以干浸膏得率和唐古特白刺中总黄酮含量为综合评价指标,采用正交试验法优选三白丹红双降胶囊中唐古特白刺的最佳提取工艺。结果三白丹红双降胶囊中唐古特白刺的最佳提取工艺为:12.5倍唐古特白刺量的65%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺合理、稳定,可全面提升三白丹红双降胶囊的内在品质,确保该产品的临床疗效。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.from Sanbai Danhong Shuangjiang Jiaonang(三白丹红双降胶囊,SDSJ).Methods Taking the extraction rate of dry extract and total flavonoid content of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.as comprehensive evaluation indexes,the best extraction process of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.from SDSJ was optimized by orthogonal test.Results The optimized extraction process of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.from SDSJ was 12.5 times the amount of ethanol(65%concentration)of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.reflux extraction for 2 times,2 hours each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable and stable,which can comprehensively improve the inner quality of SDSJ and ensure the clinical efficacy of the product.
