乡村振兴战略下乡村档案工作中“三引”工程探究

Research on Three Introduction of Rural Archives Work under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是一个谋划农村未来发展,为农村政治、经济与文化运筹帷幄的国家级战略部署。乡村档案工作虽只是乡村振兴战略实施过程中一枚微小的分子,但其对整个战略实施的进程起到了充分的信息存储与保障作用。文章结合乡村振兴战略实施过程中乡村档案工作实际,从资源建设、管理流程与管理体制三个方面提出了引智、引制与引治三条发展策略。

The rural revitalization strategy is a national-level strategic plan for planning the future development of rural areas and planning for rural politics,economy and culture.Although the rural archives work is only a tiny element in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,it has started to the role of information storage and protection.This article combines the actual practice of rural archives in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and proposes three development strategies of resource introduction,management process and management system from the three aspects of Intelligence,System and Governance.
