综合康复护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Stroke Patients

目的:探讨综合康复护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例脑卒中患者按护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施综合康复护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理后肌张力、肢体功能、生活能力优于护理前(P<0.01),观察组护理后肌张力、肢体功能、生活能力优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组护理后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于护理前(P<0.01),观察组护理后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组神经功能恢复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理干预可有效改善脑卒中患者治疗效果,促进神经功能恢复,缓解不良情绪。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of stroke patients according to different nursing methods were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Routine nursing was given in the control group,and the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention was given in the observation group on this basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The muscular tension,limb function and life ability of the two groups after nursing were better than those before nursing(P<0.01),and the muscular tension,limb function and life ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of self-depression scale(SDS)and self-anxiety scale(SAS)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.01),and the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of neurological function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect of stroke patients,promote the recovery of neurological function,and relieve bad mood.
