精细护理在冠心病伴房颤行PCI患者中的应用

Application of Meticulous Nursing in PCI Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨精细护理在冠心病伴房颤行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将80例冠心病伴房颤行PCI患者根据护理方法不同分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上实施精细护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细护理可有效缓解冠心病伴房颤行PCI患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of meticulous nursing in patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 80 patients with CORONARY heart disease and atrial fibrillation who underwent PCI were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing methods with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group,and meticulous nursing was adopted in the study group on this basis.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The score of self-anxiety scale(SAS)and self-depression scale(SDS)after intervention in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing can effectively relieve anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation undergoing PCI,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
