摘要 介绍了一种解决大型复杂砂铸承压件裂纹的浇注方法,其过程在于浇注时对砂箱使用了抽负压和三维震动的有效结合,提高了金属原子的快速运动和金属液流动过程中的热交换,改变了钢液凝固顺序、金属液的流速等因素,细化了晶粒,消除了碳钢类、不锈钢类大型砂铸件的裂纹缺陷。 A casting method to solve the cracks of large and complex sand casting bearing parts,the process is that the sand box is effectively combined with negative pressure and three-dimensional vibration during pouring,which improves the rapid movement of metal atoms and heat exchange during the flow of metal liquid,changes the solidification sequence of molten steel and the flow rate of metal liquid,and refines the grain size.The crack defects of carbon steel and stainless steel large sand castings are eliminated.
