铸造车间基于精益载体建设的绩效评价机制构建

摘要 中车精益工作立足于价值创造及满足客户体验,已经形成了理念方法、体系标准并进的精益载体建设及制造解决方案。但在实施过程中,成员企业更需要结合企业实际及自身专业特点进行专项设计、推动实施及持续优化改善。中车齐齐哈尔车辆有限公司铸造车间经过多年的实践探索,在推动最佳资源配置、最快效率运行上,改革传统绩效评价方式,以生产制造单元为基础,以指标评级评价为动力,拓展精益车间建设的广度和深度,从总体目标设定、绩效评价机制构建和实施三个维度进行了实践推动。 Based on value creation and customer experience satisfaction,CRRC has formed lean carrier construction and manufacturing solutions with concepts,methods,systems and standards.However,during the implementation process,the member enterprises still need to carry out special design,promote implementation and continuous optimization according to their own situation and characteristics.After years of practice and exploration,casting workshop in CRRC Qiqihar Rolling Stock Co.,Ltd.has reformed the traditional way of performance evaluation on promoting the optimal resource allocation and the fastest operation efficiency.They expanded the breadth and depth of the lean workshop construction on the basis of production units with rating evaluation index as driving force,and practiced from three aspects:the overall goal setting,performance evaluation mechanism building as well as implementing.
