In this paper,the foundry technology of furan resin fused ceramic sand is compared with that of furan resin silica sand and sodium silicate silica sand,and the cost is analyzed.In the production process,according to the specific situation,appropriate measures are taken,which highlights the comprehensive advantages of the new technology.
