摘要
介绍了安钢炉卷生产线Q690及以上级别的低碳高强钢冶炼过程中碳、氮的控制工艺,通过严格控制冶炼过程中各工序中的增碳、吸氮环节,稳定了低碳高强钢的冶炼工艺,并取得了较好的控制效果。
This paper introduces the control technology of carbon and nitrogen in the smelting process of 690 MPa low-carbon high-strength steel in Angang coil production line.By strictly controlling the carbon-increasing and nitrogenabsorbing links in the smelting process,the smelting process of low-carbon high-strength steel has been stabilized and good control effect has been achieved.
