摘要
随着高炉的大型化,焦炭质量稳定性对高炉生产的影响越来越大。对影响焦炭质量稳定的各种原因进行了详细分析,通过建立矿点配煤、取消混洗煤、采用干基配煤法等措施,使焦炭质量稳定性得到显著提高,为高炉稳定顺行创造了条件。
With the large-scale of blast furnace,the stability of coke quality has more and more influence on blast furnace production.Various factors affecting coke quality stability are analyzed in detail.Through the establishment of coal blending,the elimination of mixed coal and the use of dry base coal blending method,the coke quality stability is improved significantly,which creates conditions for the stable and smooth running of blast furnace.
