摘要
唐钢2#高炉因环保限产停炉近一年,停炉时选择国内其他高炉广泛采用的打水降料面操作工艺,不同之处在于停炉后不放残铁。为了保护炉缸炭砖完整,2#高炉停炉后没有进行放残铁操作,炉缸彻底冷却后再进行扒料,清理残存炉料。针对这种特殊停炉情况,通过调整开炉配料结构,加强炉前出铁组织,把控送风曲线趋势,实现了高炉的顺利开炉及快速达产。
2#blast furnace in Tang Steel has been shut down for nearly one year due to the environmental protection and limited production.When shutting down the blast furnace,we operated by watering from the roof and lowering the surface of the ores which is widely used in other domestic blast furnaces when they were shut down.The difference is that no residual iron is left after the furnace is stopped.In order to protect the integrity of the charcoal bricks in the furnace,no residual iron operation was performed after the second furnace was shut down.After the hearth was completely cooled,scraping was performed to clear the remaining furnace charge.In response to this special shutdown situation,by adjusting the batching structure of the furnace,strengthening the tapping structure in front of the furnace,and controlling the trend of the air supply curve,the smooth opening of the blast furnace and the rapid production output have been achieved.
