Research on Fine Prison Governance Based on Prison Management Standardization

本文从监狱管理标准化内涵出发,梳理并构建出监狱管理标准体系,从标准施行、主体责任及标准宣贯等几个视角提出了监狱治理精细化的对策和建议,为监狱管理行政主管部门、服务组织有效开展监狱管理标准化建设提供技术依据和方向指引。

Starting from the connotation of prison management standardization,the paper establishes a prison management standards system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the refinement of prison governance from the perspectives of standards implementation,the main responsibility and standards publicity,providing technical basis and direction guidance for prison management administrative departments and service organizations to effectively carry out prison management standardization construction.
