基于“专业+”的标准化专业人才培养模式研究——以山西高校标准化专业建设为例

Research on the Training Mode of Standardization Professional Talents Based on"Specialty+"--Taking the Standardization Major Construction in Shanxi Universities as an Example

山西是国家标准化综合改革试点省份之一,但就目前情况看,山西乃至全国标准化专业人才供给不足。文章通过综述国内外相关文献,对已设有标准化专业的高等学校调研学习,与国家标准化委员会等政府主管部门、研究院所、企业高层管理者访谈等,运用SWOT分析方法,借鉴国内外标准化人才培养的经验,提出了近期基于"专业+"的高校标准化人才培养模式,最终要形成多层次、立体化、全民性的山西省标准化人才培养体系。

Shanxi is one of the pilot provinces of national standardization comprehensive reform,but the supply of standardization professionals in Shanxi and even the whole country is insufficient.This paper reviews related literature at home and abroad,conducts research on universities with standardization specialty,government departments,research institutes,national committee for standardization,enterprises,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation.Based on the experience on the education of standardization talents at home and abroad,it puts forward a standardization personnel training mode based on"specialty+"at colleges and universities,and a prospect of establishing a multi-level,three-dimensional,national standardization talent training system in Shanxi Province.
