摘要 包装饮用水生产许可细则在许可审查和生产企业实际操作中对原料水质量、水质评价与监控等至关重要。本文探讨了水源的来源及质量要求、源水的水质评价与监控、水源的保护等方面,以及国家标准的要求、实际操作应用和存在问题。 The rules for the production license of packaged drinking water are very important for raw water quality, the evaluation and monitoring of water quality in the license review and the actual operation of production enterprises. This paper discusses the water source and quality requirements, water quality evaluation and monitoring, water source protection, as well as the requirements of national standards, standards application and existing problems.
