中国、塔吉克斯坦食品和饲料中真菌毒素检测国家标准对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 真菌毒素是真菌产生的次生有毒代谢产物,在自然界广泛分布,容易污染食物和饲料,具有强毒性,甚至能够致癌、致畸、致突变,对人和家畜危害极大。本文通过对比研究中国与"一带一路"沿线国家塔吉克斯坦的食品和饲料真菌检测国家标准,为消除贸易壁垒、促进中国同"一带一路"国家贸易合作提供参考。 Mycotoxins are secondary toxic metabolites produced by fungus, which, widely distributed in nature, can easily contaminate food and feed and have strong toxicity, and even can cause cancer, teratogenesis and mutation and do great harm to people and livestock. This paper compares the national standards of food and feed mycotoxin detection between China and Tajikistan, a country along the Belt and Road, which aims to find out the differences between the two countries, remove trade barriers and provide references for China to promote trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road.
