摘要
样品是检验检测工作的直接对象,样品是否具有代表性,样品的有效性和完整性将直接影响到检验结果、数据的准确性。因此样品的接收、标识、运输、处置、保护、存储、流转、清理等环节都应细化控制,使之具有可操作性。本文按照《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》和《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》中对样品的要求,从样品进入检验检测机构开始,按照工作流程梳理样品管理的要点,分析样品管理工作中常见问题,并提出相应的解决措施,供检验检测机构借鉴和参考。
Samples are the objects of inspection and testing. The representative, validity and completeness of samples can affect the accuracy of results. Therefore, the receiving, marking, transportation, disposal, protection, storage, circulation, and cleaning of samples are all controlled to make them operable. This article follows the sample requirements in the Accreditation criteria for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories and Competence assessment for inspection body and laboratory mandatory approval-General requirements for inspection and testing bodies, starting with the entry of samples into inspection and testing bodies and sorting out the main points of sample management. It analyzes the common problems in sample management and puts forwards corresponding solutions for inspection and testing bodies to use for reference.
