客户关系管理是以客户为中心的经营战略,作为特殊企业的第三方检测机构,通过对客户资源的有效管理,对客户进行合理分类和制度化管理,以期赢得客户和拥有客户,并进一步稳定客户关系实现长期合作共赢。
Customer relationship management is a customer-centered business strategy. As a third-party testing organization for special enterprises, customer relationship management aims to have more customers and win their trust through effective customer resource management and reasonable customer classification and institutional management. Only in this way can we have a long-term stable relationship with customers and establish a win-win partnership.
