摘要
本文主要对一次性综合检测钢铁中O、N、H三种元素含量的惰性气体熔融测定方法进行不确定度评定,分析该方法在检测过程中各因素对测定结果的影响,重点介绍了该测定方法原理、评定步骤、评定报告、主要影响因素及措施等内容。
This paper conducts an uncertainty evaluation of the gas melting method for the inertia of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen(O, N and H) elements in steel in one-time comprehensive test, analyzes the impact of various factors on the results during the test process of the method, and mainly introduces the measurement principle, evaluation steps, evaluation report, main influencing factors and measures.
