民营经济韧性的评价体系构建与应用

Construction and Application of Evaluation System of Resilience of Private Economy

从民营经济韧性的四个维度(抵御能力、恢复能力、再组织能力、创新能力)构建我国省域民营经济韧性的评价指标体系,运用指标海选、定性与定量结合的理性甄别分析、熵权法等对我国省域民营经济韧性进行综合评价。研究发现:我国各省级行政区的民营经济韧性逐年增强,地区间的民营经济韧性并不平衡,呈现东部强、西部弱的格局。增强区域民营经济韧性需要从全局科学谋划,精准落实,需要地方政府、民营企业、金融机构等的协同配合。

Constructing the evaluation index system of the resilience of the private economy of China’s provinces from the four dimensions of the resilience of the private economy(resilience,recovery ability,reorganization ability,innovation ability),and using the selection of indicators,rational screening analysis of qualitative and quantitative combination,entropy weight law and other methods to make a comprehensive evaluation of the resilience of China’s provincial private economy,this study finds that the resilience of the private economy in various provincial administrative regions in China has increased year by year,and the resilience of the private economy among regions is not balanced,showing a pattern of strong in the east and weak in the west.To strengthen the resilience of the regional private economy requires overall scientific planning and precise implementation,as well as the coordination and cooperation of local governments,private enterprises,and financial institutions.
