摘要
三十年间,我国中外合作办学经历了从无到有、从有到优的发展历程,已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分;其发展呈现出与地区对外开放程度整体契合的特征,也体现了教育服务贸易与市场的紧密结合。在中外合作办学的实践过程中,仍存在着境外一流大学参与度低、长远发展规划不够、专业过于集中等现象,建议有关部门和高校总结梳理发展经验和规律,加强前瞻规划引领,进一步推动中外合作办学提质增效,为我国高等教育的改革创新提供思路,推进教育改革实现新的突破。
In the past 30 years,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has become an integral part of China’s higher education.It experienced three major development phases:preliminary exploration,rapid development,and normative development.It accords with the extent of regional opening-up,and it shows that trade in education services is closely linked with the market.There are still some problems,such as low participation of first-class overseas universities,lack of overall planning and concentration of majors.Therefore,it is suggested that relevant departments and universities should summarize experiences,strengthen researches and overall planning,in order to further improve the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and push forward the reform and innovation of China’s higher education.
