摘要
从生态文明建设目标和内容出发,构建了涵盖经济生态文明子系统、社会生态文明子系统、自然环境生态文明子系统的城市生态文明建设评价指标体系,并采用集结主观和客观信息的熵权TOPSIS方法对珠三角地区九个城市的生态文明建设水平进行了评价,根据评价结果将九个城市生态文明建设情况分为高水平相对均衡发展型、中等水平均衡发展型、自然环境短板型、经济短板型、经济-社会短板型等五个类别,进而从生态文明建设目标和驱动力要素视角,提出了生态文明建设路径.
Starting from the goal and content of ecological civilization construction,The evaluation index system of urban ecological civilization construction covering economic,ecological civilization subsystem,social ecological civilization subsystem and natural environment ecological civilization subsystem were constructed,and the level of ecological civilization construction of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region was evaluated by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method that aggregates subjective and objective information.According to the evaluation results,the nine cities’ecological civilization construction was divided into high-level relatively balanced development,medium-level balanced development,and shortterm natural environment,economic short-board type and economic-social short-board type,propose a path of ecological civilization construction from the perspective of ecological civilization construction goals and driving force elements.
